Computer Workstation/Laptop Preventive Maintenance (PM) - Computer Concepts can send a technician to your office(s) to perform PMs. If you have not had any PMs done in a while, the first one may take two to three hours. After that, regularly scheduled PMs (usually quarterly) take about an hour. With properly maintained computers, you and your employees will be more productive, and experience reduced equipment downtime. The following is included in a standard PM
